1. Promoter

The promoter is The Belly Well Co, ABN 51 675 028 912 (“The Belly Well”).

2. Eligibility

Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who attend the One Fine Baby Expo and visit The Belly Well stand during the expo weekend.

Employees and contractors of The Belly Well and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

3. How to Enter

To enter, participants must:

* visit The Belly Well stand at the One Fine Baby Expo
* try the Belly Well bean bag
* allow The Belly Well to film their reaction
* complete the entry form using the QR code
* agree to these Terms & Conditions and the filming consent

No purchase is necessary. Limit of one entry per person per day.

4. Prize

One winner will be selected for each day of the expo:

* one winner from Saturday entries
* one winner from Sunday entries

Each winner will receive one pre-filled Belly Well bean bag, including delivery to a Victorian address.

The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.

Delivery is available to one residential or business address in Victoria, Australia. The winner must provide a valid Victorian delivery address within the timeframe specified by The Belly Well. Delivery to post office boxes, parcel lockers, interstate addresses or addresses outside Australia is not included.

If the winner provides an address that is inaccessible, incomplete or otherwise unsuitable for delivery, The Belly Well may request an alternative Victorian address or select another winner.

5. Winner Selection

One valid entry will be selected at random from the Saturday entries, and one valid entry will be selected at random from the Sunday entries.

The draws will take place after the expo weekend.

6. Winner Notification

Each winner will be contacted using the email address or phone number provided on their entry form.

Each winner must provide a valid Victorian delivery address and any other information reasonably required to arrange delivery.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not claim the prize within a reasonable time or cannot provide a valid Victorian delivery address, The Belly Well may select another winner.

7. Filming and Content Consent

By entering, participants consent to The Belly Well filming and photographing their participation and reaction to the Belly Well bean bag.

Participants give The Belly Well permission to use their image, voice, reaction and any comments they make in promotional and marketing content, including on The Belly Well’s website, social media, email marketing and advertising.

Participants will not receive payment for the use of this content.

8. Privacy

Personal information provided by entrants will be used to administer the giveaway, contact the winners and arrange delivery of the prizes.

Information will be handled in accordance with The Belly Well’s Privacy Policy.

9. Invalid Entries

The Belly Well may reject entries that are incomplete, duplicated, fraudulent or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

10. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes any rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that they have read and agree to these Terms & Conditions and consent to being filmed and photographed.
